Beyond the Fluff with Angelica Olstad

What fulfills you in your career?

At the core of who I am, I love making things happen and I love working with talented team members. As someone who studied classical piano at the graduate level, I have a deep appreciation for subject matter experts in any field. I love connecting with folks who have a passion for what they do and have spent years perfecting and gaining new insights into their craft.

What brings you joy outside of work?

I love spending time with people who uplift and inspire me. I also enjoy learning about the mind and how health and wellness have a major impact on our mental health. Last, I love spending time with my dog, Rye, my 8 lb little fur pal!

If passion projects paid the bills what would you choose to do for the rest of your life?

Right now, I'm really into creating immersive healing arts installations. I really enjoyed my time working in museums and cultural institutions when I was living in Melbourne, Australia. The idea of creating a well curated space for people to go into and heal from all the recents of the world feels like an immensely worthwhile endeavor for me. I'm currently looking at all of my past experience as a producer, musician, and meditation and yoga teacher and connecting the dots on how I can bring these concepts to the world!
