The three of us started Monday Talent in the middle of the pandemic, from various walks of life, certain of one thing; that we wanted to recruit differently, together.
Why Monday?
We're reclaiming Monday! Monday gives us the opportunity to start anew - be it a new resolution, a new perspective or, of course, a new job.
Inexplicably, all three of Monday Talent’s founders were born on a Monday. And don't forget, some of the best things have happened on a Monday:
