Monday Wellness: JUNO

One of Monday Talent's core values is to provide for and protect our teams’ mental health. We realize there is not a one size fits all option when it comes to self care. As an organization that is fiercely committed to diversity and inclusion we feel so lucky to have found a company that allows us to provide our team wellness support that caters to everyone's unique needs and coping mechanisms.

This is where Juno comes in. Juno is a platform where we pay to give each team member a certain number of points each month to use on wellness practices. These points can be used or saved based on how the individual sees fit. Another great part of Juno is if you don't see something you like, they will add it to the platform for you, reimburse you, or you can convert your points to cash by using a Juno card. We promise, this is NOT a paid ad! We are just HUGE fans of Juno and all the platform has to offer!

Juno has become our number one resource for mental wellness support for many reasons, and no, not just because I got brand new engraved Airpod Pros through their platform! One thing that makes our team so strong is our vast array of personalities so it makes sense that we have put our Juno points to use in so many different ways including:

  • Group workout classes to let off some steam and get a chance to leave the apartment during the work day

  • Glamsquad, which is great for those who are not comfortable entering salons yet (or just like to triple task)

  • Massages and facials, this one obviously doesn't need an explanation

  • Grocery delivery because who has time to wait in the Trader Joes check out line for 30 minutes

These examples barely brush the surface of what Juno offers which speaks to how great this platform is! Juno is truly an outlet catered to the individual.
