After 40+ placements for W2O Group and its subsidiaries, including multiple C-suite level searches, Monday Talent was engaged to work as W2O’s outsourced talent function. This partnership included recruitment for roles across client services, operations, finance and HR with a focus on hiring BIPOC candidates and building a much more diverse workforce at W2O.
