2. How does the organization handle instances of discrimination or harassment?

Understanding the organization's external DEI efforts demonstrates its commitment to making a broader impact. Inquire about partnerships with diverse organizations, community engagement initiatives, or corporate social responsibility programs that support underrepresented communities.

5. Can you share examples of how employees from diverse backgrounds are involved in decision-making processes?

Inclusive decision-making is crucial for creating an equitable workplace. Ask about opportunities for employees from diverse backgrounds to be involved in strategic planning, policy development, or other key decision-making processes within the organization.
