Reimagining Networking with Let’s Dine

Our vision for Monday Talent has always been to do things differently. We’ve never allowed ourselves to be limited by traditional B2B marketing strategies. Cue our latest venture, Let’s Dine, a dinner series that is reinventing the idea of networking.

As recruiters, building connections is at heart of everything we do, so we’ve all been to our fair share of networking events. From awkward introductions to forced “get to know you” games, these events can feel more like obligatory corporate rituals rather than opportunities for genuine connection. This is the antithesis of what we wanted when we envisioned a Monday-hosted networking event.

Let’s Dine was brought to life when our President and Co-Founder joined forces with two dear friends - Tania Cavallo, Founder of The Lifestyle Co, and Abyah Wynn, Fund Manager at True Cresset. While all three women have very different backgrounds, what unites them is their passion and natural ability to build connections.

Bringing together their distinct networks, the mission of Let’s Dine is simple: to foster meaningful connections and bring together industries that often intersect but may not always connect.

Last Tuesday evening at La Rubia in Soho, we witnessed our vision come to life in a truly remarkable way. Surrounded by great food and even better company, we watched as inspiring conversations took place around a beautiful tablescape curated by Esther Park, founder of Studio Estee.

It was a night to remember. And this is just the beginning! We can’t wait for the next dinner. Together, let’s reimagine networking - one plate, one conversation, one connection at a time.
